Diet cola is bad for you?

After seeing this video I'm not in the mood for drinking diet cola any more... And I used to drink A LOT of it.... It says a lot of bad stuff about Aspartame. I don't know how true the stuff this video says is. So I checked out wikipedia. It seems to back up some of what this video is saying. It contains the man made sugar called "Aspartame" Just look at that chemical!!!

That doesn't look good to me. But then again look at normal saccharin:
