Complaints Procedure

If you have cause for complaint you should first address the pre-school manager. If you wish the complaint to be addressed by the committee you must enter your complaint by letter addressed to the Chair. This will be put before the committee and you will be invited to the meeting to discuss.

You will be informed in writing as to the committees decision.

We pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere and we have never to date experienced any serious complaints.

Child Protection

We follow guidelines provided by Southend Borough Council Social Services. As child carers it is our responsibility to inform Social Services of any concerns.
