HCL Accountancy [ 3rd August 2009, 21:33:49 ]

I have been busy working on a new website for a company in Rochford, Southend-on-Sea called HCL Accountancy, who offer bookkeeping/payroll service. The new website can be seen here. The brief was to bring the website up-to-date with the latest information regarding the company, and rebrand the company. I aimed for a simple design with a small palette of companies to bring it up to date and to look professional.

This is what the site looked like before: the site before. The new look of the site looks like this:

Please click here to make an enquiry with HCL Accountancy. I welcome any feedback with regards to the site. And watch this space as we have some new things planned for the site.

I am also using this as a learning experience to increase the traffic to a site and convert those visits into enquiries and phone calls. I am currently learning how to use Google Analytics, which is an impressive tool. And I'm looking into using Google Adwords.

Please get in contact with me if you are interested in building a small website, and you would like it designed and/or built (either the whole site or a particular component). I have experience in developing simple html/xhtml websites, Simple server side processing (feedback forms), more sophisticated web applications (in php, perl or Java), and I am developing my Flash skills.
